Privacy notice

This notice explains what Banking Pipeline does with the details you share through this site. We have kept it short and plain.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we collect your first and last name, your work email, your company and its website, your job title, and anything you write in the message box. If you write to us directly, we receive your address and whatever your message contains.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one purpose: to answer your request. Usually that means preparing your buyer map, replying to your questions and talking with you about what you asked. We do not add you to a newsletter or a marketing list.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until your request is closed, and then for up to 12 months in case you come back to us with a follow-up. After that we delete them.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your details. We share them with no one except the providers that host this site and handle our correspondence, and only so they can do that job for us.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking of any kind. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address the way any web request does.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it or delete it. Write to michelle.thomas@bankingpipeline.co or use the contact form. If you reply "stop" to any message from us, we will not contact you again.

If this notice changes, the new version will appear on this page.
